Shipping Policy

Shipping Method
We work with trusted fulfillment partners including CJ Dropshipping and other suppliers to ship products directly from warehouses worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location and warehouse availability:

Handmade or custom products may take 5–10 additional days for production.

Tracking

Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
Incorrect Address
CreativeZ Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Because many items are dropshipped or handmade, returns are limited.
Returns Accepted For
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- Item arrives damaged
- Item is defective
- Wrong item received
- Item missing parts
Proof Required
Customers must provide:
- clear photos or videos
- order number
- description of the issue
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- change of mind
- wrong size chosen
- delayed shipping (within estimated time)
- opened or used DIY kits
- custom or handmade products
- discounted/clearance items
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
In many cases, replacements may be shipped without requiring product return (based on supplier policy).
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipping, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom or handmade items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Product Disclaimer
Robotime products and other DIY kits require self-assembly. CreativeZ Studio is not responsible for damage caused during assembly or misuse.
Handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These are normal and part of the artistic nature of the product.
